Flick

Rank every movie & TV show
you've ever loved.

Flick is a social movie & TV tracker. Skip the 1–10 guessing game — build your top list by comparing what you watch.

How ranking works

Star ratings flatten everything you watch into the same handful of numbers. Flick builds a real order instead, one comparison at a time.

  1. 1. Pick a gut reaction

Search any movie, TV show, or season and tell Flick whether you loved it, it was fine, or you didn't like it. No agonising over 7 versus 7.5.

  2. 2. Compare head-to-head

Flick pits it against titles you've already ranked — favouring films from the same series or genre — and narrows down its spot in a few taps.

  3. 3. Get a list you actually believe

Your score comes from where a title lands in your own ranking, so your top ten is genuinely your top ten. Re-rank or drag to reorder whenever your taste shifts.

Better with friends

Your list is the start. Flick is built around the arguments, recommendations, and bragging rights that come after it.

Friends and activity

Follow friends, see everything they rank and save, react and comment on their ratings, and tag whoever you watched it with.

Yearly challenges

Set a target for the year, watch your progress fill up month by month, race friends on the leaderboard, and share your recap.

Watch Later that keeps up

Save movies, shows, and seasons for later and get a nudge when something on your list is about to be released or drops a new episode.

Questions about Flick

How does Flick rank movies and TV shows?

Instead of picking a number out of ten, you say whether you loved a title, thought it was fine, or didn't like it. Flick then shows you a handful of head-to-head comparisons against titles you've already ranked and uses your picks to place the new one in your list. Your score is the position it lands in, so it always reflects your real order.

Do I have to re-rank everything when my taste changes?

No. You can re-rank any single title at any time and only that title moves through a fresh set of comparisons. You can also drag titles by hand on your Watched list if you already know exactly where something belongs.

Can I rank individual seasons of a TV show?

Yes. TV shows have a seasons section, and each season can be ranked on its own so a great season isn't buried by a weak one. Season rankings are kept separate from your movie and TV show counts.

What can I do with friends on Flick?

You can follow other users, see an activity feed of what they've ranked and saved, react and comment on their ratings, tag the people you watched something with, and compare taste with a match percentage on profiles and the leaderboard.

What is the yearly movie and TV challenge?

A challenge is a simple yearly target for how many movies and shows you want to rank. Flick tracks your progress, shows a month-by-month breakdown, compares you with friends, and gives you a shareable recap when you hit your goal.

Is Flick free to use?

Yes, creating an account and ranking your movies and TV shows is free. You just need an email address to sign up.
